Now we are in the quiet period we can finish off the drainage and guttering - when it rains in Portugal it certainly rains!! |

Portugals snow storm (hailstones) - it lasted all of 2 minutes and probably had the locals scratching their heads! |

Our first ‘Open Day’ at the farm - about 20 people turned up and enjoyed the 3-bean chilli beef and roast pork rolls, followed by chilli chocolate cup cakes - it was a great day! |

December has been a mixture of wet days and sunny days with an average temp during the day of mid teens. Christmas day was a nice warm sunny day so we had to watch the snow on sky news! |
