We have set up a new venture called ‘casa 45’ - this is used to sell our dried & fresh chillies and our other products we make. |

Now that the main building work is complete it is time for us to build walls, extend steps, deck around the pool ………….. And we thought we were here for the rest!! |

First pick in the apple orchard - well 2 lorries turned up, 1 full of people and 1 full of crates so we assumed that’s what it was! |

We are now drying our chillies in one of the polytunnels - which works a treat. Now we are making our own dried chilli flakes |

Well September is now over and the sun is still shining and we are definitely into harvest season. Temp started off in the mid 20’s - lovely, but now only reaches the early 20’s - I guess Summer is over! |
