Our sun-drying experiment, as and when the different varieties start to ripen we will make mini ristras and hang them outside for the sun and wind to do their bit. |

Our first attempt to create a hot chilli and tomato sauce - for this we used our tomato pulp and Habanero Chillies! |

Our first guests arrived in their motorhome and really enjoyed their stay. Hopefully more will follow soon! |

Our first visitors are due in their motorhome so we had to hire a JCB to make the entrance wide enough for them to come down our drive. |

We are well into the month and the average temp is now in the early 30’s! Definitely time to head for the beach I think! |
