The accommodation has been completely refurbished and redesigned to give a modern and airy feeling by local Portuguese builders.

Bedroom 1 - Comprises 1 double bed with modern finishes

Bedroom 2 - Comprises 2 single beds with modern finishes

Both bedrooms enter into the open-plan living space with vaulted ceiling. There is a sofa and chairs, Satellite TV & DVD player with a small library of films & books, CD player, dining table and chairs.

Living Area

Off the main living area you step down into a modern bathroom with a double size shower unit, and also a step down into an open plan kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster and a few ingredients to start you off.

For our self catering guests we supply a small welcome pack to get you started

Through the double doors to the side there is some outside space in the form of a terrace with outside table, chairs and parasol for those ‘alfresco’ moments, with a fully equipped barbecue nearby.

Bath towels, hairdryer and bed linen are provided free of charge.

For guests staying 7 nights or longer there is an offer of FREE transport for one evening to either Alcobaça or Chiqueda so your full party can spend a night out without the worry of who drives or problem of getting a taxi.

Our pool is set on a slightly higher position with sun beds, seating and decked area with wonderful views across the valley of farm lands and distant hills. Recently we have enclosed the pool with trellis to allow plants like kiwi vines to grow over it and make it a private space for you and your party, it is also gated so young children can not gain access without a parent. It has full sun all day, perfect for those who may want an all over tan!!

Views Across Valley

There are areas on the property where you can take short walks: the edge of our woodland area, the small vineyard and apple orchard, the planted areas where you can see our crops growing which includes the very wonderful and colourful chilli and pepper plants, when in season. Or perhaps grab a seat in the shade of our very large walnut tree, rumoured to be over 100 years old.

Our farm is on hilly land so may not be suitable for those who are not quite so agile.
